The air conditioner was broken and reported to the reception in the afternoon but they didn't check it. In the evening, they had to remind them again and then went to check and said the air conditioner was out of gas, but it was dark so they couldn't fix it and there were no more rooms to change to so they had to use a room without air conditioning.

i paid for 3 nights here and left after 10 minutes of check-in, personal review, anyway it is a lesson for me to do more research next time before booking on this platform! because it doesn't even have a refund button in case the room doesn't meet the standards as shown on the app!

When I got there, the hotel told me the room I booked was sold out. Room is very dirty, service attitude is not good. There is no water, food, drinks, or hot air conditioning. I pay by the night but after staying for 1 hour, I run away.

My room is small but okay, the air conditioner takes a while to turn on, there is a fan. Wifi is weak and sometimes can't be connected, shower gel and shampoo are a bit difficult to get out. The location is also convenient, so the general overview is ok, suitable for going all day and then coming back to shower and sleep

Compared to the price I booked, which was a bit urgent, this hotel is okay, the price is ok, because I only need to shower and sleep so I don't have high requirements. There are many good places to eat around the hotel, the coffee house with a delicious sweet soup shop right nearby. The room has airy windows, hand sanitizer & shower gel, summer blankets with thick blankets, friendly staff. There is no dryer, no water heater, the air conditioner takes a while to cool down, the wifi is sometimes slow, sometimes fast (more slow sometimes), the floor seems to have only been swept, not mopped, so there is little dust left. But for me, it's okay within the price range, no problem. If you go out all day and come back and only shower and sleep like me, renting here is reasonable.

Mình ở tầng 5, phòng không cách âm phòng bên cạnh truyện trò ầm ĩ không ngủ nổi phải nhờ bảo vệ giúp. Vòi nước nóng cũng khá bất tiện khi dùng vì mở nước bị chạm vào cái nút chỉnh loa chảy nước, mình đi hôm lạnh mà chăn khá mỏng điều hoà thì 1 chiều phải mặc áo rét đi ngủ và không có máy sấy tóc. Wifi tịt không dùng được

The room was very dirty, the curtains, pillowcases and cushions were very dirty and dusty like they hadn't been washed in weeks. The bathroom and toilet have dirty water. When you check in to a new room, it's like the old room. You should not stay here when on business.

The hotel confirms your comments. The room types you booked were all newly built over 2 months ago. The interior curtains are all new. It's just that the rooms are a bit small and the room types are available almost every day. If you feel the blanket is dusty, you can report it to the hotel so the cleaning staff can change it.
