Photos in the app do not match the cover. Booking room, view, not view, hotel not wrong, wrong app. Updated with The blanket has blood marks. Peel the pillow with a musty smell and the bed is very hard. Some employees are not good service.

Booking here, looking at the hotel image is ok so I book it. Hotels outside the sapa center, went 30 'to find out. Come check in and I was stunned. The road to the hotel is too high, each step must be taken. In front of the hotel is under construction, next to it is building .... noise and very dusty. The receptionist was lacking polite, the couple quarreled with the guests (the male receptionist he forgot to ask for his name) also seemed to disrespect the guests. Upstairs, the equipment is pseudo, broken, and incomplete. Lost my whole morning. And in the end, I could not stay, I went out to rent another place, accepted a bit of money and gave up to run for people.

It's hard to find the hotel. If you use google map you will find terrible way to go to hotel. It's quite far away to go to the center. I and my friends waste 2 hours to find this hotel, so we decide to change hotel.
