PERFECT LOCATION!! The middle of District 1. Literally In front of Nguyen Hue Street. 2 min walk from the Cafe Apartment, 10 min walk from central post office and walking distance from multiple restaurants and markets. Hotel had an old feel to it but very professional. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The doorman so great, they will make sure they open everyday door for you, even help you cross the street. Really small detail but just shows the level of care and professionalism they have. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, the staff were very attentive and very polite/friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We did use the pool a few times which was very clean. The hotel is walking distance to many cafes, shops, markets and dining options. We would definitely stay here again!

Had the misfortune of arriving in HCMC at the same time as the road closures for the Reunification rehearsal and our Grab driver was only able to drop us off 30 minutes walk away from the hotel. We tried to walk to the hotel but was stopped by the police. The hotel never mentioned any potential access restriction to the hotel and never responded to our messages, only generic automated responses. We've managed to call the hotel, only to be told to wait until midnight. We've managed to get to the hotel at 10 30pm, 6 hours after arriving in HCMC. During check-in, the staff mentioned they could've arranged alternative access, when they've told us to stay put until midnight on the phone. After checking in, the hotel porter made me unload the luggages from his luggage trolley as my room was on level 1, which had different floor levelling between the lift foyer and where the rooms area, requring you to drag the luggage up and down via a ramp and the hotel porter doesn't do that for you. The service and communication from the hotel have been abysmal and not the standard I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Thanks for making us waste our time in HCMC.
