Rooms and swimming pools are very dirty. Not worth the 4-5 star resort standard. You have to call this place a standard motel. Air conditioning is broken, hot and frightening. For the first time and also the last time, if you intend to book a room here, cancel your intention now. Spending more than 10 million renting a villa is really not worth the money. We rented 2 nights here but because we could not stay, we shortened our stay. And ask the resort to refund

It's a special experience to enjoy warm indoor swimming pool, I felt very comfortable & relaxing during the stay, they do have room services and any help when you need, My room was nice, clean & have a big balcony. 5 mins by taxi to night market & Halong Marine Plaza. Highly Recommended!

The view is cool and wide. However, the room was too small and did not have a refrigerator, a bath ... Breakfast was not good, the dish needed to be warm like porridge then cooled. Generally not equal to the 4 star hotel I have stayed over.

I had a weekend at Royal Lotus with a group of 10 friends. The location was quite hard to find at first, but when it came to the resort, it was very beautiful and green. The receptionists were very enthusiastic, the room was nice but the floor was a bit dusty, there was a heated swimming pool and an outdoor pool that they liked, a little less breakfast. One thing that annoys my group is to rent a 5-person villa but charge when cooking without notice to customers, just use the kitchen as a charge, too unreasonable when renting such an apartment.
