The staff is cute and enthusiastic. The security guards are very friendly. I think the hotel decor is very beautiful, and while waiting, there was delicious fruit juice. Everything is perfect, except the wifi is a bit weak, so watching YouTube is loading, and the phone is also weak so I have to use 3G. The hotel fixed it for 100 VND hehe.

The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and very supportive of customers. The rooms are new and clean, but the soundproofing is not very good and the wifi is quite weak. When you check in, you can also choose your own shampoo-conditioner-shower set to your liking, and when you leave, they will give you a farewell gift. The overall experience is quite good for such a cost.

Yes, we apologize for the inconvenience. The bathtub area was originally designed with polished stone to blend in with the overall space. However, this material easily absorbs color, causing dark stains over time, and the bathtub appears dull. We regularly scrub and condition the stone surface, but the color also easily seeps through. This is not caused by improper cleaning, but by soap and bath salt products. We are carefully considering your feedback and are working on comprehensive solutions to maintain our rooms in top condition and improve the quality of our breakfast to better serve our guests in the future. Excellent of excellent. I didn't think a small hotel in a small city could have such good service. While many more developed cities like Quang Ninh are not as good as a hotel like this. Worthy to come back many times. Before leaving, there was a gift, the staff was extremely enthusiastic, the interior and design are extremely suitable for my taste.

Overall, the room is the perfect size for two and pretty new. Though, the wifi is not great and the bathroom design kind of funny as when you shower in the bathtub the whole floor will be wet which is a bit inconvenience.

Basically, I am completely satisfied with the hotel. If not to say I really like it and would love to come back if I have the chance to go to Phan Thiet. Some additional comments: + The staff is extremely friendly and lovely. + The room is great in every aspect. Beautiful, clean. Reasonable power outlets and light switches. The refrigerator works well. The service of choosing shampoo and shower gel is very good. + Good location + Reasonable price for the quality of the room. + Good breakfast cost. The quality of the meal is reasonable for the cost. There is a small change between days. The noodles / broth is delicious. - Wifi is super unstable :((((((( - Breakfast is relatively simple. A bit lacking in meat. Although the quality is suitable for the cost, it is not suitable if you expect a more complete and full breakfast.
