The hotel looks old but the interior is new and beautiful. Large bed, comfortable. Normal receptionist attitude. The pool is small and unpolluted. In general, I only liked the interior of the room and the service attitude of the staff welcome at the entrance hall and luggage transfer staff, you are very open, enthusiastic. Everything else is normal.

The hotel is close to the center of the city, near the beach. It only takes a few minutes to walk. Nice and clean room. Always like. The big bed is comfortable to lie on. My house is comfortable for 5 people. There are criticisms. Breakfast is too small. The cleaning staff did not find the items carefully and reported the lack of items.

Overall everything is pretty good, the hotel is ok, but the hotel is high on the hill, it is very hard to travel, not suitable for the elderly and pregnant women. At the hotel most will have to take a taxi, if you want to walk to the sea it will take about 1km, and when going to the hotel, the climb is quite tired. In addition, hotel staff is a bit lacking in delicate, when I sit waiting to check out to check out, the hotel staff has a free water tray, standing at the entrance to invite guests, due to thirst for water I have asked 1 cup, but the staff showed a grimace and said, they only invited them to check in, while checking out was not allowed to drink, I thought it was not expensive or difficult 1 cup of water at all, the last guest had a cup water should be happy to welcome, but anyone who is just happy to come, but when he comes back, he will give up his hands :)))))

The room is clean, all facilities in toilet are new and shining, furniture is a bit old but still look good. Beautiful view in the breakfast restaurant. One minus point is the closing time for breakfast is 9AM while most other hotels is 10AM.

Clean room, good location, near Sunworld and beach. Hotel has many trees. However I think breakfast is relatively simple (like a 3 stars instead of 4 stars hotel). Panorama restaurant on 14th floor has great view! Will come back if having chance and good prices. Now it takes only 2 hours driving from Hanoi to Ha Long (road fee is 210k/side, bridge fee is 35k/side).

When doing check-out procedures, I got the wrong result using the item, making me really shocked! I did not use spring water in the refrigerator but somehow I used a bottle, I asked for clarification because I really would not pay for what I did not use, breakfast needed to enrich Vietnamese dishes and Hotter dishes, pho with every chicken noodle soup, while I want to eat beef, vermicelli, etc., it is too much, when everyone finishes breakfast almost without understanding why the food on the counter is too much, then When will it be used? The hotel should not fly out too much without the addition of extra to preserve it better. When I didn't come to the hotel, I called and the receptionist answered very uncomfortably. Other problems I see are ok
