I don't usually review hotels, but Sapa Village Hotel was exceptional and I thought it deserved a review. It's not in the most crowed area of hotels and shops, but we liked that. It was easy to walk to the lake, which is very beautiful and only 5-10 minutes from Sapa station, where you can get the cable car to Fansipan. We even walked to Cat Cat village from our hotel. The property also felt special with the terrace patios, with beautiful plants everywhere, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I arrived early and the hotel supported early check in. Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the walking stairs have beautiful views, each floor has a spacious common yard, ok view, beautiful photography. Room is clean, comfortable.

Good location, nice resort style in the center. I loved the big terraces and the awesome view. The staff is super friendly. They communicate in English very well. The room is spacious and even the room for 3 is worth to pay for.

It’s the third time I had came back. Everything was good as the first time, the hotel also much more developer with many facilities and services as well. The guest service agents are very friendly and helpful, they always smile and take care of all guests. However, the restaurant staffs were not so enthusiastic, when I came for breakfast in the first day they didn’t ask me for any supporting, I can understand that they were busy cause there was a lot of guest but they even didn’t smile. They made me confused a bit about rating for the hotel. Also, wifi in my room was not so good, it’s low connected. This review is not a complaint, it’s just my opinion to help Sapa village better. I’m sure that I will come back next time, I love this place.

In addition, the 2h newspaper I was checked in, but at check-in, I told not to, waiting for an additional 30p while I have young children. The receptionist at the time of 3, 5 and 5 talk, did not bother to ask guests until I asked first. Breakfast was also very boring

This was my first time came to Sapa. I came to hotel kinda early and the hotel let me check in immediately and got free upgraded. The room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic! The staff were excellent, Mr Thao at the front desk helped me to rend motobike, Ms Luong at restaurant took care of my breakfast and always ask me if I need anything for my stay. The location was next to the lake, easy to walk to the church and the stadium. I will come back here when I come to Sapa next time!
