The receeption staff, especially Nhi and Thanh was ftiendly, helpful. One can see that they were very well trained. The breakfast buffet was not great.However, the Ukranian lady who was attending there was very nice, courteous and professional.

The hotel is in a very cool neighborhood and just two blocks from the beach. The infinity pool is small and it has a great view of Danang. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Taxis are inexpensive. You can't beat the price and the breakfast is great. I would definitely return to this hotel.

As I travel Viet Nam, I have learned to only book places for a few days just in case you don't like it. I did the same when I book my stay at the Queen's Finger. After staying there one night, I decided to book the rest of my stay in Danang totaling about a 3 week stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel is nice. I love sitting outside and enjoying the view of Danang City from the pool. The breakfast buffet is nice with great service. The staff is first class and friendly. Everyone I've come in contact with are very nice and polite. One staff member that stands out, for me, is Julia (Huyen). She is always smiling and greets me with such warmness when I went to have my breakfast. It is truly a great way to start the day. My trip was extended because I caught a horrible flu. The staff learned of my sickness and sent Ginger/lime/honey to my room. I didn't want to touch anything so at the buffet they would help me with getting food. I appreciate staff members like Aria for helping me with this. I truly appreciated everyone I came into contact with and the hotel was such a nice place to spend a long time at. That said, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a 3 Star but you get 5 Star service
