The room is like a motel. dirty room slippers. there is no standing shower, have to stand in the bathtub to shower. The pillow is a bit smelly, sleeping is not comfortable. The air conditioner can't be adjusted, how can I use it when I open it? bad in general

The hotel is quite good, when I came to the hotel did not check information on the web so my room was booked as the double bed room was out, so they are going to bed in 2 rooms. I feel comfortable about this. The hotel is quite clean, but the remote air conditioner is damaged so I can not adjust the temperature, hot and cold shower is difficult to adjust the temperature as well (either cold or hot too), perhaps because I use at 10h no one used that?
