The staff here is very slow, lag, work long and make customers wait, wasting time. The phone number for booking a room cannot be contacted by the owner, the owner also does not proactively contact the customer to solve the problem. The hotel is far from the center but still ok, nice view, clean room.

1. Unsanitary dusty room
- Room with glass without ventilation lacks oxygen, very bad for the elderly and those with underlying diseases.
2. Contact manager but no answer, no contact back.

Stayed here, saw many people complaining and was confused but I found it ok, early check-in, many swimming pools. There is one minus point that it is a bit far from the house but the room and view are nice but overall okay

Check in and check out time: check in very early, at least 180 minutes. Check out late if the room is empty. Experience is to contact early to inform the time so that you can arrange.
Room amenities: booked a room with sea view but in reality it is a part sea view and a part pool view, the glass surface is too dusty so clean the glass surface, full amenities, if anything is missing, contact the room manager.
Swimming ticket: Condotel does not require buying a swimming ticket, only inform that the swimming ticket and amenities are 150k. In fact, when you go swimming in the pool, no one asks anything. However, when you use services such as towels and go to the swimming pool on the 25th floor, you will be asked for a swimming ticket.
First time booking a condotel here, the experience is very good, satisfied. Thank you team.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, crowded, food is a bit expensive. Friendly and enthusiastic staff: 10/10 Clean room, quite enough amenities. Next time I go to Mui Ne, I will visit Apec again.

I also worked as a traveler and booked two rooms at trevo for nearly 3 million but found it bad. The room service had no shower gel, no dryer, the staff didn't support wifi, texting didn't answer, then created a customer support group to keep it!

Thank you for choosing us for this vacation. I also sincerely apologize for the above inconveniences, but after checking the staff's messages with my family:
1. My hair dryer was confirmed to be found on the towel next to the clothes.
2. My family texted me asking for the wifi password at 3am, so the night staff couldn't answer, but responded the next morning.
3. As for the shampoo and shower gel, it was our fault. The team sincerely apologizes to you for this shortcoming
Once again, our team would like to sincerely thank our family for choosing to stay with us, but due to some unnecessary misunderstandings, our family is unhappy. The team will fix the above shortcomings so that the next customers will not have to make this mistake.
