Always a great stay at this hotel. Staff are always friendly, service is great. Hotel is clean and facilities are good. I love the showers there. They work well and the beds are soft and comfortable, as opposed to most beds in Vietnamese hotels.will always stay here when in saigon.

Extremely convenient location for us. We arrived at 2am in the dark and they had waited for us to arrive for check in. Clean bathrooms which was important to us. Great breakfast, had pho every morning. Airport transfer only offered if you book through their website.

This was a nice spot to be in for our first night in Vietnam. Staff were great and accomidating. The room was nice, I didnt feel confident on its cleanliness so we wore shoes the whole time. In walking around it became very clear we were in a Red Light district, but otherwise it was a nice stroll.

Despite no window the room was fine. The toilet has a shower seat which was nice. The breakfast is poor. The staff are not friendly and mind their own business. But the hotel is clean and cheap. Location is excellent, within walking distance to hundreds of Japanese style bars. Recommended.

The street where the hotel was located smells like a massive bin, noise of the bars around were constant till early in the morning. The smell if street food was coming to the room. The only good thing was you could walk to main shopping craters and shopping areas so close to everything which you can find other hotels little bit more expensive but in a better location. This was my first and last experience with Expedia

This is the worst service that in 20+ years traveling I have ever received. I got a confrmatiom with a picture of a room and they gave me a completely different one. When I showed them they said it was not their fault but hotels.com fault. I was coming from a long continental flight and asked the front desk to please fix it. The guy and the girl at front desk just wasted time, did not help and then the guy said to cancel that they would refund me. I booked a different hotel and they denied to have said that although there was a camera. They did not want to show the recording and the manager on the phone hanged up on me! I never got refunded!!! The property is way older than what it looks and staff is the worst I ever experienced…pool was not even accessible! A nightmare and they are very dishonest just to keep some extra money!
