Dirty room, rundown furniture. The bathroom smelled, the shower had a broken pipe that made the sink yellow and covered in scale. When renting a motorbike, the helmet given to the customer had gecko shit on it and they said they would replace it with another one. Overall bad.

- The app's room images are quite different from reality. - Small room 15m2. The design of the bathroom, TV, and air conditioner is extremely inconvenient. - The bathroom is drained and very clean. Just after taking a shower for the first time, the water is flowing. - The window has a broken lock and cannot be opened or closed. - Fully furnished, modern and comfortable room. And the service regulations and prices are clear. - The room's soundproofing is extremely poor. At 12 o'clock at night, the guest in the next room turns on the TV and hears it all so he can't sleep. - This area is a bit far from the center and has very few dining areas. => This room's Standard 280k is not reasonable at all.

The first thing I noticed when I came in was that it was horrifically smelly and filthy. I asked the guys to change the room, but he rejected to do it even though they had rooms available. We had to leave immediately because I didn't my first date with my girlfriend ruined by this experience. Don't ever come to this property as it is a total scam.

First of all, allow me on behalf of the Soda House hotel to sincerely apologize to you, for making you have a bad experience, and also let me correct that the smell you said is a room spray. glade pink cherry blossom, maybe you don't like this smell, and the next problem is that it's a Saturday weekend, so my room is out of room early, maybe the guests have gone out to play, so it made me misunderstanding .Ks really wants customers to give their comments to make it better day by day, and we always respect our customers, so I hope you have a more objective view, hope you have any comments in the future. ks how to improve, just give good comments, the hotel is ready to accept!

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, but the room I booked (Galaxy - VIP room) is designed with a bathtub right next to the bed's left hand, and the toilet is on the right hand side, which is very inconvenient. The open-air bath is the same as mine, next to the drain, you can see it in the picture. The hotel is new but when I entered, the bath area was declared (due to not cleaning from the previous guest?!?!) and had a musty fishy smell. I've talked to the staff, but in general should avoid the Galaxy room, the design is very weird.

Rooms are ok, clean, a bit far from the city center. Sleeping at night listening to the summer choir of crickets and frogs remembering their childhood. Service is also ok. Those who like to stay to go to many areas in Can Tho city can consider this.

Best house in town. The hotel is newly built with modern facilities. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I was in a situation with my car and the staffs did all they can do to help. I will absolutely return in my next trips.
