Check-in is very satisfied, the room is brand new. The owner's family is very enthusiastic. Rent a car, book a tour... although the location is a bit far from the center of Duong Dong. But families who want to rent a car to experience it themselves should rent it. I rented a motorbike at home by myself. In terms of living comfort, happy psychology is number 1.

khách sạn rất đẹp, rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. khách sạn nằm trong group resort ở Dương Tơ nên yên tĩnh và khá biệt lập. ông chủ rất thân thiện và dễ thương khi cho tụi mình check in rất sớm, gợi ý cho tụi mình những điểm đi chơi, ngoài ra mình rất thích bãi trường ở khu ks, rất đẹp và yên bình. ở đây ngắm hoàng hôn cũng không thua kém gì sun set nha mọi người, kiểu mộc mạc bình dị rất là tuyệt vời 👍

14.00 nhận phòng nhưng khi tới đúng giờ thì phải ngồi đợi 20p mới có phòng. Thái độ không tốt với khách đặt phòng hạng thấp. Đặt 2 phòng Cho 4 người nhưng bắt ở mỗi phòng 1 lầu với lý do phòng hạng thấp nên mỗi lầu chỉ có 1 phòng.Phòng có muỗi, không có dép, phải yêu cầu thì mới có. Qua ngày nhưng cũng không có người tới dọn phòng, xài khăn cũ, phải xuống xin 2 chai nước và cuộn giấy vs. Vì Anh chủ đi đâu mất, có mỗi bác trai già cả nên không dám làm phiền bác nhiều. Quá tiết kiệm, hành lang và khu thang máy tắt đèn tối om cả ngày và đêm đều không hề bật. Tủ lạnh cũng không cắm, tivi để trưng thôi chứ không có mạng. Phòng Không có cách âm, phòng kế bên báo thức cũng nghe luôn. Nói chung không bao giờ quay lại lần nữa

The first thing I apologize on behalf of the hotel to my family for the inconvenience of the last trip. I do not admit I am right, but the problem of waiting 20 minutes, I explained to my boss that the new guest checked out and I just cleaned the house and waited. dry house gd i will get a room i don't have attitude to guests about the room gd i booked a standard room i also explained that the standard room is only one room per floor and i want to change it i will upgrade the room class for me and compensate for the money incurred, but I do not accept. As for the problems, I will absorb and acknowledge your opinion and I will be different. Thank you for your suggestions for my hotel.

mình book trước 1tháng rưỡi , đến nơi thì hết phòng nhưng anh chủ rất nhiệt tình và sắp xếp chỗ ở cho mình khách sạn của anh ấy kế bên, phòng ốc khá là ok, lễ tân lịch sự ,mình mướn xe 2 ngày rưỡi hơn mà ảnh tình mình có 2 ngày thôi. anh chủ nhiệt tình... cám ơn anh chủ rất nhiều nếu có dịp quay lại phú quốc sẽ ghé tiếp a. mọi người nên book nhé đảm bảo lịch sự chu đáo.
