As a person who often travels for work and leisure, I highly appreciate Sogo Hotel for the following reasons (you can refer to it): The hotel receptionist is very enthusiastic, takes care of guests attentively and always supports to resolve guests' requests WITH JOY!!! (I arrived 6 hours early and checked out 1 hour late, the female receptionist - I think the hotel only has 2 receptionists - was very enthusiastic in supporting. Not to mention I booked an extra night because I had to stay overnight. She also helped me change rooms very thoughtfully. Because the room I was staying in was already booked by the next guest. However, she helped me move the room from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor so that I could move my luggage more easily. I was very satisfied with the receptionist's thoughtfulness even though she did not proactively tell the guest that she moved the room from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor because of that. The receptionist on the evening shift was also very okay, helpfull and very respectful of the guest) In terms of personality, I rate 10 points! The hotel room is also very clean (I noticed the housekeeping lady cleaning the other rooms, she cleaned very neatly. Not to mention she is also very enthusiastic and friendly!), the room space is airy and the air conditioner is very cool, even though the hotel has been in operation for quite a long time, I am satisfied with the way the hotel is maintained and taken care of to bring a good experience to guests. Besides, although this hotel is located in the central area of District 1, the space is very quiet and not noisy, the soundproofing between rooms is also very good. Regarding transportation, major tourist attractions, large shopping centers and hospitals are all within a radius of 1-2km and very easy to get to; you can walk to save money, or if the sun is hot, take a taxi, it will only cost 20-30k. The hotel is also very close to the offices of major bus companies in SG, very convenient to transfer from the bus station to the hotel and vice versa; very convenient!!! Finally, if you are looking for a place that is cost-effective and has adequate amenities, clean rooms, and easy access to locations in District 1 and even other districts of Ho Chi Minh City, I highly recommend this hotel ✨✨✨✨✨

The room is clean, not very spacious but comfortable enough. Near the market, near many restaurants, Bui Vien street. The price is cheap. Even though I didn't have breakfast, I felt very ok. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, basic room facilities, meeting all my needs. Everything is relatively clean, reviews about hygiene have shown that the hotel has improved immediately, proving that there is acceptance and openness. The only thing is that the soundproofing is not good. In front of the hotel, people sell vegetables and fruits, so it is a bit dirty. However, this is an objective factor, not the hotel. Overall, the review is good for the price. Also a good choice when people come to SG.

Compared to the price of ~500k, it is an OK choice. Although it smells a bit like sewers if you don't turn on the air conditioner, overall, for those who are not too picky and need a good location, the room is basically nice and clean.
