Nice and centrally located near the imperial palace and right next to river. It was a great location and they even gave me a room upgrade for free. Excellent staff and service!!

Vi the Check-In staff member took the time to help plan our trip for us. Our bus arrived at 8am and she held our bags, mapped out our day, gave us money saving tips, then rented us a scooter to help us travel more efficiently. The room was spacious, clean, and there is AC & fan on the ceiling. My husband 😍 loved it. The breakfast the next day was delicious and she hired a private driver for us to get to Ha Noi the next day. She even washed, dried, and pressed our laundry overnight. Thos is not only extremely convenient ly located but the service was 5 star.

This hotel is great! Very good location. Nice and clean accommodations. The staff are amazing! Super helpful. Kieu Oanh helped us with arranging train tickets to Da Nang and getting transportation to the train station. She went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Hue.

All of the staff at Soleil Boutique hotel are exceptional especially Lin who took care of my check-in procedure. They made sure that all my requests are handled and taken care of, from breakfast options to small requests such as umbrellas and assistance in navigating the city while Im staying at their hotel.

I chose this property because of it's location. The staff were very friendly & efficient. The bed is too hard for my liking. Overall, I'm satisfied with my accommodation experience at Soleil.

The staff here was amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to offer great service. They offered items not from their standard menu for breakfast and additional drinks. They were very helpful at checkin at providing information about the popular tourist areas to visit. Thank you so much! The coffee was also some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The property was well located near the imperial city and walkable across the river to some of the commercial areas of the city and nightlife. Detriments were: the mattress is one of the worst I’ve ever slept on in a hotel, with little padding and feeling the metal spring structure. Woke up sore both nights. The bathroom shower has no enclosure and drain was extremely slow, leaving a pool of water in the bathroom every time the shower was run.

Location was great as close to bridge areas and restaurants. Cidadel walking distance. Only downside was that bed was hard. Used to softer comforts.

The staff is excellent and the location superb, very near to the citadel. But it has not heater and it's really cold. The breakfast is just ok

Could be the best place I’ve stayed in all of Vietnam. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and stylish. Great location. Next to the citadel. Close to the Citadel. Hotel arranged 7 seater car to pick up 4 people from Phu Bai airport for 355k. Driver was waiting with our name. Cars cannot enter the alley of hotel. You will be dropped off a few steps away in the car park across the alley. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Our room had air conditioning, fan, hairdryer, TV, fridge and kettle. Iron at reception if you need to borrow. Daily housekeeping if requested. No lifts (if you need one). Included Breakfast is fruit, hot or cold drink and banh mi with choice of eggs. Must try egg, coconut and salt coffees (iced). We stayed 4 nights so from the 2 day onwards we were offered other items for breakfast eg bun Bo, croissants, hamburgers, banh mi thit. The staff will let you know what’s available the next day to preorder. Hotel also arranged 7 seater car (which turned out to be a minivan as no 7 seaters were available) to our Danang hotel with stops on the way to see the fishing village, Lan Co beach and Hai Van Pass for the 4 of us @ 330k each plus 350k for private car = 1.67 million VND. Grab is available in Hue. Not sure if available from the airport. Hotel offers tours as well. Nearby: * Must try SƯỜN CAO BỒI - BBQ & More * and Chè Huế 20 món - Ngọc Hiền * supermarket Co.opmart Huế. * Dong Ba market we found prices were inflated for tourists. * Fast Food 22 restaurant is catered for western tourists (the restaurant owner told us). Food is delicious but not authentic.

Property was in a great location for the imperial city and to walk around Hué. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The facilities and rooms were good. We would stay again.

We had a great stay at Soleil. The staff are very friendly and provides helpful instructions on tours and transportation. There is a cafe downstairs where we can have complimentary breakfast.

We booked this hotel as it was one of the closest to the historic Citadel. We walked just about everywhere. Very pleasant city and interesting riverfront. Hotel helped us book a couple tours and taxi to train station. Good breakfast and clean and comfortable room and common areas. Hue has some great streets and restaurants for locals and tourist. Recommend 3 or 4 days to experience the town and surounding areas.

Soleil is a brand new, clean, no-frills but very comfortable place conveniently located right next to the parking area for the Imperial City entrance - the closest possible place. Staff was wonderfully sweet. It's the best place for the proximity to the Imperial Citadel.
