Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch.

Very nice and convinient stay, convenient store, restaurant and atm machines are just with in the building of the hotel, a big plus for any traveller and tourist like us. We reserved the 2 bedroom executive, big bed rooms, big sala, 2 toilet and bath. Kitchen also has complete utencils and kitchen equipments, you can easily cook your own food. Also provided water dispencer with 5 gallons of water, more than enough for our 3 days stays. Washing machine is also available, so there's no worry it you have limited clothes during your stay. These will be on my top list, of accomodation, if ever we will be back to Hanoi.

I felt like i lived in my apartment. Spacious as described in the website along with laundry helps to plan the stay as intended. Front office staff's are very helpful. They guide me whenever i need their support including in arranging a taxi for intercity trip, which costs way lower than Grab. Over all, i wouldn't look for other property to stay in Hanoi.

I have been staying in many quality hotel apartments and I would say that in terms of quality and standards of service it was great. I have to warn you that there's a school nearby and the morning music is so loud.. also there's a supermarket near by which is good. But however in terms of communication, it was a challenge.. the staffs command of English isn't strong, they had a hard time understanding that I need my sheets changed and washing machine switched to dryer.. constant frowning and ignoring whenever I say thank you.
overall my experience was pleasant, I'll not stay here again for sure.. because in my opinion, communication is the key to a good hotel experience.

A basic hotel with full apartment amenities ie. kitchen, clothes washer, etc. Not too cheap and located far from stores and restaurants, it is 30 minutes from the airport, which is better than the 60 minutes in center city if you have an early flight. They have a decent Japanese restaurant, but that is about the extent of their offering. Nothing to write home about.

I felt like i lived in my apartment. Spacious as described in the website along with laundry helps to plan the stay as intended. Front office staff's are very helpful. They guide me whenever i need their support including in arranging a taxi for intercity trip, which costs way lower than Grab. Over all, i wouldn't look for other property to stay in Hanoi.

Not walkable to city but if you’d like to explore the Hanoi more broadly it is a fantastic location. Big spacious suite with office to work from, cafe downstairs in the building. Staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again

I have been staying in many quality hotel apartments and I would say that in terms of quality and standards of service it was great. I have to warn you that there's a school nearby and the morning music is so loud.. also there's a supermarket near by which is good. But however in terms of communication, it was a challenge.. the staffs command of English isn't strong, they had a hard time understanding that I need my sheets changed and washing machine switched to dryer.. constant frowning and ignoring whenever I say thank you.
overall my experience was pleasant, I'll not stay here again for sure.. because in my opinion, communication is the key to a good hotel experience.

A basic hotel with full apartment amenities ie. kitchen, clothes washer, etc. Not too cheap and located far from stores and restaurants, it is 30 minutes from the airport, which is better than the 60 minutes in center city if you have an early flight. They have a decent Japanese restaurant, but that is about the extent of their offering. Nothing to write home about.

Great location and near the Industrial parks and Commercial districts, but still easily accessible if one wants to get into the city centre to have dinners and do some shopping. Supermarket is a couple of doors away.
