We had such a delightful stay over the new years. Our room was marvellous, tastefully done & cozy, everything worked perfectly, location is great—walking distance to the old town, the river, the theater & all the fabulous eateries. And all the staff are so warm & attentive. Son Hoi An is a definite gem of Hoi An.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby, our room, the bathroom - were artfully decorated. It is located a bit away from the busy town, which makes it a nice refuge from all the noise and activities in Hoi An. We were not as impressed with the staff at the hotel, however. The main manager was rude to us during check-in, and the rest of the staff were almost not present. We almost felt like we were intruding on them by staying there. The breakfast buffet was just OK - a lot of the food seemed like it was restaurant leftovers from the day before. Overall we had a nice stay and the hotel has lots of potential, but there are likely more friendly properties to choose from in Hoi An.

This is a very pretty hotel. The decor and the all of the art was very nice. Our bed was a little hard for me and the shower took ages to heat up. The pool area is nice and shady but some of the tiles were coming loose on the floor of it. The breakfast was average. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great little massage place next to it called Miaa beauty that I would go back to again.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. My boyfriend got sick during our stay and they responded to our requests very quickly. Building and amenities are more outdated than they appear in the pictures so overall comfort was okay.
