With a star hotel, it's quite okay and convenient to explore the center. Not too crowded and quite easy to sleep at night. But it does not have free water bottles as others. The aircon is facing directly to the bed so if you are not in good health condition, it might be hard for your breath.

Our staying here is nice but the deluxe room with lake view is kinda hot in the afternoon even I turn on AC at 16 degrees. Both of receptionists are really friendly. We definitely come back next time.

When I entered the check-in, I met the other staff who spoke very nicely (don't know if it was the owner). In the room, the air conditioner of my room was damaged to 16 degrees but it was still not cold. I book 2 rooms here. The room of my friend is very oke. But room 1.1 from the room that wants to go to the toilet must step outside and then enter the toilet. I suggest that it is more convenient for guests to install a toilet inside the room. The boss also reduced her room rate. If I have a chance, I'll come back

1. Book Sea view but check in without Sea view at all. 2. Book 2 nights but stay 1 night, the receptionist calls for a check-out, if not charged more. Call back The receptionist asked to check the booking, you turned off the phone.
