A picturesque resort ❤️ A beautiful little resort located right on the center road of the resort of Mui Ne, with countless shops to choose from. Although the resort is small but very beautiful and every detail is taken care of, the facilities are very new even though it has been in operation for many years, the rooms are super clean and shiny, the towels are pure white, and the swimming pool is extremely beautiful. Mint scented bath set. Coffee packaged in the room is also delicious 🤤 You should choose a room far away from the swimming pool because occasionally the resort has company parties, the music doesn't turn off until 10 o'clock. Breakfast surcharge for 6 year old child 173k/night is also reasonable. Diverse and delicious food. Especially the rich flavor of the dish. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Respond to customer needs quickly. The resort has no entertainment activities other than swimming and swimming pools, so I don't know what else to do. There is a small spa, but the walkway down to the basement makes me feel uncomfortable. The room is small, the biggest minus is the bed. Going to a resort to relax, I hoped to sleep well, but I had insomnia both nights. The bed is small in size. If you have a small child, it's a bit tight to sleep in. It's better to choose a room with 2 beds. The mattress has springs so every time you turn over it creaks like crazy. All 4 pillows are both high and hard enough to break your neck 🥲 Hopefully the resort will improve this part. The resort should reconsider providing cushions for sun loungers, rather than letting guests ask or staff asking if they need them. The resorts I go to always have mattresses and towels ready, guests just need to choose the chair they want to lie on and don't need to go looking for staff. Furthermore, the day I went, there were new employees or something. The guests were still lying down and swimming in the pool, but they just leisurely sprayed water to clean the pool area right in the area they were using. I have suggestions but still continue. The resort should clean the lake when there are no guests or in the evening.

Open the door to the room, smell the lemongrass with a strong headache, the air conditioner is open to number 16 but it is still not cold, you have to call the reception to borrow a fan but it is still hot until morning, take pictures in the swimming pool area, the security guard will follow curious to do like. So, when I checked out, I sat in the lobby waiting for the car to come and pick me up for nearly 1 hour and didn't see anyone offering a glass of water. Those who came in to wait for the check-in should be invited when checking out.

Resort rất sạch sẽ, từ phòng ngủ đến khuôn viên, cảnh quan được chăm sóc tốt. Hồ bơi cũng rất sạch. Buffet sáng ok. Nếu khách sạn có thêm sân chơi cho trẻ em hoặc các hoạt động cho trẻ nhỏ thì sẽ tốt hơn.

Lần đầu tiên du lịch tự túc, mình đã chọn Mũi Né là địa điểm cho cột mốc đáng nhớ này vì nơi đây không cách xa TPHCM lắm. Sau khi nghiên cứu và tìm hiểu, mình chọn Terracotta resort làm điểm đến. Điểm cộng: 1. Không gian thoáng mát, quang đãng, sạch sẽ, nhìn từ ngoài vào không gian mở rộng rãi. Cây cối dọc đường đi trong resort tươi xanh, mát rượi, tuy nắng nhưng không cảm thấy khô hanh, nóng bức. Mình dễ bị muỗi chích nên mang hờ chai thuốc chống muỗi, tuy nhiên mình không bị muỗi chích. View biển ngay resort đẹp bá cháy, không chê vào đâu được. 2. Hồ bơi sạch sẽ, luôn có nhân viên túc trực đề phòng trường hợp khách bị đuối nước. View hồ bơi đẹp, tuy nhiên hơi nắng nhưng vẫn không sao. Nắng mới là biển chứ. 3. Mình đặt hai phòng “Deluxe double or twin with garden view” và “Bugalow Superior Double With Garden View”, đặt trên Traveloka thì giá mềm hơn, ưu đãi hơn cho mình. View phòng Bugalow rất đẹp, nhất là một “vườn” trong nhà vệ sinh (đi vệ sinh cũng ngắm nghía được ^^), có bàn trang điểm. Tuy nhiên, so với phòng Deluxe double or twin thì cảm giác phòng Bugalow nhỏ hơn, đèn tối hơn. Có hai ghế trước sân hiên, ngồi ngắm cảnh rất thư giãn. Phòng Deluxe nội thất đơn giản, rộng rãi, thoáng mát, đèn sáng rõ. Không cần mở máy lạnh, mở cửa sổ là đủ mát rồi. Máy lạnh rất lạnh, chạy mạnh. Có nước nóng, khu tắm đứng, cả hai phòng đều đã trang bị khăn, sữa tắm, dầu gội, dầu xả. Có cốc súc miệng, một số vật dụng như bông ráy tai, bao trùm đầu nếu không cần gội đầu, xà phòng,… Khăn dày, không cứng. Trong phòng có sẵn 2 tách, cà phê, trà (mỗi loại 2 gói), được free. Trong tủ lạnh mini bar có bia, nước suối 2 chai 1.5l và một số nước ngọt, mì gói có tính phí. Không được ăn sầu riêng, mít, hải sản và đem thú cưng vào phòng. Wifi đủ mạnh. Có trang bị dù, hai đôi dép, hai áo choàng tắm, két sắt. 4. Nhân viên RẤT nhiệt tình, dọn dẹp phòng ốc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, bổ sung đầy đủ những vật dụng, refill 2 chai nước vĩnh hảo 500ml mỗi ngày nếu mình uống hết. Sáng sớm mình dậy ngắm biển thì đã thấy mấy anh tưới cây, tỉa cây (có lẽ vậy nên luôn cảm giác mát mẻ, thoáng). Tiếp theo sáng đó mình vẫn còn trong phòng, nhân viên lịch sự hỏi khi nào có thể dọn phòng được, ai muốn ngủ trong phòng thì cứ treo bảng “xin đừng làm phiền” là được. Lễ tân thân thiện, gọi giúp mình taxi nữa. Bên resort có cảnh báo biển động, không được tắm. 5. Buffet sáng hợp khẩu vị mình, ngày 25/2 có quầy phở bò, 26/2 thành bún bò huế. Thức ăn đa dạng từ Âu sang Á, bánh flan rất ngon, nước ngọt cũng thay đổi, có trà, cà phê luôn. Ăn xong là nhân viên dọn dẹp đĩa ngay. Điểm nên cải thiện 1. Tivi phòng mình không phải smart TV nên chỉ xem được đài cáp thôi, trong khi phòng Deluxe có thể xem cả Youtube lẫn Netflix. 2. Mình nghĩ mỗi phòng nên có chuông, mỗi lần gọi người bên trong cực quá. 3. Tiếp theo là nên có “giờ giới nghiêm”. Đi cùng đợt với mình có một gia đình rất ồn ào tới sau 23h nhưng không biết nhân viên có nhắc không mà họ vẫn ồn. Đây không phải là lỗi của resort, tuy nhiên mình nghĩ nên có động thái nhắc nhở họ để những du khách khác có thể nghỉ ngơi. Cảm ơn đội ngũ resort Terracotta đã đem lại cho một trải nghiệm xuất sắc ngay từ lần đầu tới Mũi Né – Phan Thiết. Mình nhất định sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu thêm với bạn bè, người thân. Chúc đội ngũ nhiều sức khỏe và niềm vui để tận tâm với nghề.

The hotel is a bit too mosquito, the room is a bit smaller than expected. The plus point is the beautiful view.

The room is also okay, clean, the bed and mattress are quite old. Breakfast buffet has few dishes, not delicious. The campus is large, green, clean and beautiful. Enthusiastic and friendly staff (except housekeeping staff). In my own opinion, it's only 7/10.

Bad food, 6 meals are almost the same, there are dishes that are repeated, the feeling of not wanting to come again, even though my family and I have been here many times

Room and toilet are clean. However, because there are many trees, there are many mosquitoes, the staff cleans the lawn while guests are playing, so it lacks a sense of privacy and comfort.
