When I arrived the hotel, no one was there for me to check in even I called for many times. I took me nearly half an hour to have a lady went downstairs and do the check in for me. At the same time, I realized the receptionist was sleeping nearby there but he just did not wake up (maybe the weather was too cold 🤷‍♀️). Because I booked through OTA so it took time for that lady to wake the guy up and explained to him why he needs to wake up 🙄🙄🙄. After waking up, he told me that I would stay in the 5th floor because the hotel was fully booked. I didn't mind even there was no elevator but I would stay only 1 night so I asked him to help me carry the luggage. He saw me and my friend with 4 luggages and he said he would offer a room in ground floor which did not make any sense as what he said before. He showed me the room which was totally awful and smelly. The space just fit with 1 bed and there was only 1 small alley to the toilet. The room looked so dark and on the wall there was not-a-small hole but was covered by a piece of calendar paper. He said that the chambermaid would clean it soon and I just need to leave the luggages in the reception. At first, I decided to leave the room and move to another hotel even I paid already but my friend had to ask the chambermaid and the chambermaid told her that hotel still have vacant rooms. And later that guy still asked us to pay for service fee which is 100.000vnd more. Never go back !

The hotel is very close to Sword Lake, convenient to travel, full of convenient supermarkets as well as shops. On the high floor is very cheap. It's normal in the room, I'm easy to calculate so this price is fine. Slightly damp room. Will be back !
