Ưu điểm: 1. Kháchsạn gần các khu ăn uống, gần trung tâm, tiện đi lại 2. Phòng óc khá mới, cơ sơ vật chất mới Nhược điểm: 1. Tiếp tân không thân thiện, mặt 1 đống không cười không chào hỏi khách 2. Phòng vệ sinh không sạch, còn tóc của khách cũ rất nhiều, mùi hôi 3. Nước nóng không nóng, chỉ vừa không được ấm luôn 4. Tạp vụ vệ sinh hành lang rất ồn, nói chuyện lớn ảnh hưởng đến đến giấc ngủ của khách
