The hotel is near the center, convenient to move around. The staff are enthusiastic and supportive, the security guard is very cute. A little inconvenient is that the hotel does not have an elevator, but the security guard and support staff help bring luggage to the room.

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They voluntarily help guests carry things to the room and hold umbrellas when it rains. Very professional attitude.

Central location, close to walking street, night food stalls, delicious Hue food and coffee around, very convenient. Enthusiastic and thoughtful receptionist, will definitely come back next time.

The staff and the security guard are lovely and very enthusiastic, the room is clean and fragrant, there are delicious restaurants around, the accommodation is convenient for traveling to tourist attractions, taking my mother to see a doctor, just a few steps to the hospital and no need to take a taxi 😀 I promise to come back

Mình chọn phòng 2 giường đơn, đợt đấy tết giá khoảng hơn 700k/đêm. Ấn tượng ban đầu thì là khách sạn mới nên nhìn nội thất rất ok, khách sạn cũng đẹp, nhưng không có thang máy đâu nên bạn nào đồ nhiều cồng kềnh chắc cũng hơi mệt. Nhưng phòng thì mình đánh giá là phòng hơi bé + thiết kế nhà vệ sinh với nhà tắm rất kỳ lạ, cách giường ngủ hơn 1 mét + 1 tấm kính và kính còn không kín nữa nên nếu mà tắm hay đi vệ sinh thì cả phòng cùng hưởng (vì vậy ý kiến ông chủ nên điều chỉnh kín đáo một chút). Hên là tôi đi 1 mình, chứ 2 người đi chung thì sẽ thấy bất tiện. Được cái là nhân viên lẫn ông chủ đều rất lịch sự, nhờ gì có ngay nên mình cũng thấy ấm lòng. Nhìn chung với tôi là trải nghiệm không tệ, khách sạn cũng mới nên tương đối sạch sẽ (sạch sẽ là điểm cộng)

Khách sạn mới đẹp sạch nhân viên thân thiện , ngay trung tâm , gần tất cả mọi thứ , khu ăn uống , phố tây . Chỉ cần đi bộ là có tất cả mọi thứ
