Room looks identical, clean, and very new. Wide and quiet resort space. Staff dedicated and welcoming. The new thing is that there is an outdoor bathroom in the room, but because there is no roof, it is a bit afraid to get hit by the wind in the evening. The hotel with glass roof is better. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, very spacious. Food was good, but breakfast buffet not worth the price. The bar and minimarket seem to be permanently closed. The tiles in our room could have used some mopping (we had black feet few minutes after arriving to the room). Some towels had expired their service life.

I haven't been put in the room I booked. I've asked and asked to be moved to it but been denied (I didn't want the upgrade to a 4 person room or I would of bought it when I took my time choosing). Noise in the room is constant with a broken pump dishing out rusty water on the roof. Absolute Empty kitchen! How's this a bonus if you can't use it. Lighting is ridiculous, on or off are your choices, even with a twin. Mozzies are out of control, I believe there may be other pests too. No privacy, I have about 50 students visitors outside my room on the swing or sitting on my bench or I can be face to face with security hut. Security Man during the day in uniform is kind however some night are less desirable. Breakfast disappointing, even worst we see the buffet for others but not allowed to have. It's empty yesterday however the flurry is constant so peace doesn't last. It ' s a venue as well. Pool nice, staff sweet but very few English speakers. Washing machine and free push bikes. So disappointed, I can't wait to leave 🥺. We've had guest celebrations this 24-26 but no invite so restaurant and pub has been off limits in evening. English wait to be invited. Nice to see others enjoying themselves.

I returned to Phu Quoc after a long time of translation, I still choose this place because it is suitable for the resort atmosphere, quiet, clean, close to nature. Breakfast is very suitable for my family's taste, attentive service. The staff are supportive. The room is exactly like the picture of the resort posted. The location is quite close to go vinwonders, safari. When I was about to go out, I took 3 million and forgot it on my suitcase, but at the end of the day, it was still in place. hehe. 10 dong for the resort.

The room is like the picture, clean and airy. All staff are extremely sweet, enthusiastic customer support. Buying a cable car tour to Hon Thom is cheaper than buying directly. Electric car to take you to your room. The area of the hotel is very large, near a forest, so the morning is very cool. The dog kaka is a close friend... hihi

resort to many mosquitoes, at night, in the room, there is a strong smell of mosquito medicine but still cannot kill mosquitoes. Cards from the room are broken, the water in the resort pool too much chlorine smell very toxic feeling. With the price of 650k / day and night with a standard room of 24m2 compared to other hotels, it is still far behind the quality. The rest is cool, lots of trees, enthusiastic service staff.
