Phòng đẹp nhưng nhỏ nên WC cũng sẽ nhỏ theo phù hợp ở 1 người hơn là 2 người, tuy nhiên đồ dùng đầy đủ và tiện lợi, chỉ duy WC không có chỗ treo khăn, đi tắm bị bất tiện. Ăn sáng chọn món giới hạn. Booking của mình có bao gồm ăn sáng, nhưng bạn phục vụ vào kêu phòng mình không có phục vụ ăn sáng, phải kiểm tra lại, làm mình hơi quê, ăn sáng cũng bớt ngon. Villa trang trí đẹp các không gian chung, yên tĩnh.

Phòng rất xinh xắn, sạch sẽ. Cả căn villa với các không gian chung cũng rất tuyệt, lại có sân rộng. Cả nhà mình rất thích và chụp rất nhiều ảnh ở đây.

Villa đẹp, style Tây Âu Tuy nhiên rất nhiều điều mình cảm thấy rất không thoải mái khi trải nghiệm ở đây - phòng nhỏ (15m2 , cái này do mình không đọc kĩ trên phần miêu tả phòng), khi hỏi chị lễ tân thì chỉ kêu phòng có 15m2 thì sao mà to được đây là phòng standard đúng rồi, bạn có tin được là phòng 2 người nhưng chỉ mở ra được 1 cái vali vì thực sự diện tích phòng cực kì nhỏ, và nhà vệ sinh chung phòng tắm cực kì nhỏ tuy nhiên phòng vẫn còn nhiều rác của khách trước để lại - khăn giấy dơ dưới gầm tủ, nhiều côn trùng chết sau tủ để bàn , nhà vệ sinh dọn chưa kĩ , ly nước dơ, ga giường còn dơ) - bữa sáng : ở đây có phục vụ bữa sáng, tuy không nhiều lựa chọn , nhưng cũng khá ok, chỉ phục vụ từ 7-9:30 , có phát phiếu ăn , nhưng nếu bạn đến vào lúc 9:20 và ngồi ăn xong thì bạn sẽ nhận được một thái độ cực kì thái độ của chị lễ tân, và mình đã bị đóng cửa cái rầm ngay khi vừa bước chân ra khỏi nhà ăn, cực kì bất lịch sự, cả mình và bạn mình đều bị shock và hôm sau không còn muốn đặt chân đến phòng ăn đó nữa - thái độ nhân viên : + các cô ( 1 cô chủ tên M , 1 cô ở bếp ) : cực kì dễ thương và niềm nở với khách, mình đã cảm ơn các cô ngay khi chấm dứt bất kì lời giao tiếp nào + lễ tân : không thường xuyên có người tại quầy Đặc biệt có 1 chị lễ tân (hình như chị tên Q) có cách nói chuyện làm cho người đối diện cảm thấy không thoải mái (đối với ngành dịch vụ này thì mình cảm thấy cách giao tiếp này rất tệ, còn đối việc nhà có khách thì giao tiếp này là cực kì bất lịch sự) lúc đầu mình nghĩ chị này là chủ nên mới như vậy, nhưng hình như là không phải (mình không sure) => mình nghĩ các nhóm khách khác cũng bị như v nên đã tỏ thái độ ra mặt lúc trả phòng, cùng lúc đó mình mới vừa tới để nhận phòng thì thấy có điềm , y như rằng trải nghiệm 4 ngày tại villa này đã phá cảm xúc của cả một chuyến du lịch Do bay gấp nên mình không tìm hiểu trước về villa này , nhưng khi đã trải nghiệm rồi thì mình cũng chắc chắn 1 điều là sẽ không bao giờ muốn quay trở lại đây vì mình thấy ở đây chỉ có đặt phòng và trả tiền chứ không hề có một chút tiếp khách hay chào đón khách. Mọi người nên cân nhắc kĩ lưỡng trước khi đặt tại villa này nhé Ps: mình có trượt tay làm bể bình sữa tắm của villa, do không muốn nước với chị lễ tân vì biết thế nào cũng sẽ có nhưng thái độ rất thái độ và giao tiếp không thiện cảm nên mình có xin lỗi trực tiếp với cô chủ , tụi mình có đi tìm rất nhiều nơi bán đồ gốm để mua lại bình y chang nhưng không có, chỉ có bình trắng cùng mẫu nhưng cô có nói là không đồng bộ được vỉ mẫu này đặt ở Sài Gòn, mình đã xin lỗi cô lần nữa

Regulations of the villa, when the customer damages the drap, soft, cannot handle it, they must compensate according to the hotel's rules.
