Receptionists were flexible to let us check in prior to standard time.
The hotel located in front of Tam Co- Bich Dong, so convenient.
We were lucky to stay highest floor which can see the beautiful view.

too much humidity in the bathroom, no hot water to take a shower, cannot control the A/C (either On either off by switching an external switch) and when it is on, it is like a fridge, breakfast was not attractive.

Service is not very good. Power outage at night. There is no direct staff, so it is difficult to check out, resulting in time waiting.
