The villa has free bicycles, not far to go, my family goes by bicycle every few days, cycling to Roving Chillhouse to enjoy the feeling of the ripe rice season.

The hotel is not as big as I thought, but it is very clean, the front desk staff is also very enthusiastic and quick. I asked her to call a car to go out in Hoi An and a car from Hoi An. The price of the car is also very good, equal to the price I refer to on the groups. A bit not close to the center, but taking the car to the old town is also very close to everyone. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will still choose to stay here ☺️ Thank you very much to the hotel and the staff

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The campus has many trees so it looks fresh. The staff is very enthusiastic in supporting guests with everything. The room price compared to the quality is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

A very fun and simple travel experience, cool and cheerful atmosphere. I really like the area I live in, because of 1 day trip so there are still many things in Hoi An that I have not experienced, will come back!

This is the second time I have come back here to relax.
The feeling is still better than staying at The Nam An villa, Hai Thuong Lan Ong branch.

I stayed here for 1 night. The staff was very enthusiastic. The room was clean and the food was relatively small. The only downside was that there was no elevator, so it was a bit inconvenient.

Nhà mình có em bé và người lớn. Đến villa khá sớm lúc 12h thì mình có xin nhận phòng sớm nếu như phòng trống. Bạn lễ tân báo là vì khách chưa checkout nên không support được. Mình cũng vui vẻ thôi vì ngã nào cũng đang nhờ sự hỗ trợ chứ chính sách đúng là 2h chiều, nhưng vì khu vực ngồi đợi rất nóng nên trong nhà cũng hơi nôn nao. Đến hỏi lại thì bạn lễ tân thể hiện thái độ rất khó chịu. Nhìn mình bảo "Có phòng thì mình báo". Nhưng rõ ràng phòng nó đang trống, có thể các bạn gợi ý cho mình việc checkin sớm thì phí sao đó hoặc chính sách của các bạn là phòng trống nhưng không muốn khách check in sớm thì thôi. Này tuỳ chính sách ở các bạn nhưng thái độ của bạn nên cải thiện để khách cảm thấy happy hơn. Đến lúc check out thì đúng 12h các bạn đã gọi kêu trả phòng. Mình cũng là người Huế, mình đi Hội An khá nhiều lần nhưng chưa lần nào mình thấy bực bội và khó chịu vì cách nói chuyện của các bạn ở đây như thế. Chấn động hơn là lúc mình thanh toán, mình muốn quẹt thẻ visa, bạn đó bảo nếu quẹt thì tính thêm phí 3%. Mình kiểu cũng hơi bất ngờ vì service charge như vậy dù biết đó là phí của ngân hàng. Trải nghiệm của mình và cả gia đình không hề tốt về villa. Và chắc chắn mình sẽ không bao giờ ghé lại cũng chưa không bao giờ giới thiệu ai đến đây.

Khách sạn không có thang máy, bất tiện cho việc xách hành lý hay mang đồ lên xuống. Hồ bơi nhỏ không giống như hình ảnh. Book phòng trẻ em free (nhưng ăn sáng vẫn tính tiền của bé). Toailet thì có mùi cống xì hơi lên rất là hôi

Stay 2 night 3 rooms, Overall the hotel is good, the first front desk serve us is very good 😍. Unfortunately the second front desk (shift on 22feb evening-23 Feb morning) a bit rude just because we need her help to open the door (my parents forget the key inside the room and I charge my phone so didn't bring out the cardkey because they only prepare one card for us) The breakfast is not buffet anyway, but okay lah.
