- The washbasin is clogged, water is not draining (already fixed). - The power outlet is located in almost unusable positions: below the back of the vanity table, the bottom of it and the edge of the bed. - Staff are not enthusiastic: uncomfortable when guests ask to change bedspread at noon (on the morning of the morning 17 guests do not have to clean the room). - There is no place to dry clothes (with a wardrobe, but cannot hang wet clothes). Decentralized hotel, staff are not professional. Room smells of musty mold, very weak hot water. The location is near the sea but the room is a bit worse than on the picture. Importantly, the non-soundproof room has ventilation doors so it is not private at all

Compared to the price of 180k / day, facilities, partial view of the sea 601 apartment is very ok. Enthusiastic receptionist. The minus point is towels are dull in color. But I don't have the habit of using hotel towels so I don't have a problem with it. The problem of Da Nang power outage to fix the line all day and night made the stairs dark. Need to maintain emergency lights to avoid stamping face.

The hotel is very close to the beach. Fully surrounded by food. mini supermarket ... clean room. There are even at the beginning of the bath towels, 2 people have 1c à, customers please note the full complement is oke. have the opportunity to visit.

Service attitude is very fair market. We stayed for 7 days but the day we came back to the hotel we pulled out a dirty towel to catch us. It is not really worth much, but the staff behavior is very uncomfortable
