Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. All guests must provide complete passport information to the property at least 48 hours before the cruise date. Guests who do not provide this information and arrive after 10 AM (GMT+7) on the check-in date will be denied boarding by the port authorities, and the booking will be canceled with full charges applied.
