I rented a room for 2 nights for my parents, on the 4th floor so it was a bit inconvenient to move around but the room was spacious & fully equipped, the price of 380k I think is very reasonable compared to the average price in An Thuong area, Tay street 👍 Recommend everyone to experience it

I really like the room at Ms. Van's. The room is clean, convenient, the bed is comfortable, there is a kitchen, very convenient for families staying long term, and a washing machine. The owner and the cleaning lady are very enthusiastic. The location is near the beach, near the center, surrounded by full services, cafes... Overall, it was a great experience, if I come to Da Nang again, I will definitely book a room here.

Phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái sạch sẽ. Đi bộ chút là ra tới biển. Quán ăn, mini mart xung quanh nữa. Mình cực kì ưng ý và đã đặt tiếp cho ba mẹ vào lần đi chơi tiếp theo. Cảm ơn cô Vân đã hỗ trợ nhiệt tình!

12 pm at night to check in but luckily there are people on duty. - Likes: Rooms with fully furnished, clean, wide and new, reasonably priced. Use 1 bottle of water 1.5l only counts 10k. Night staff is quite a gentle and new one, so I do not require complicated check-in but take it straight to the room, ask for a new ID card of the guest :)) - Dislikes: Air conditioner is weak, the water is slightly weak, The wooden floor is stuck all over the room. Will still come back if there is a chance.

Nice room, clean, comfortable. In the morning, people clean the room continuously. However, there is no sea view here, the room is quite mysterious. Near the sea and beautiful, if I have a chance to return, I still choose this place.
