Price is too good for a location in the heart of Old Town. The way Ta Hien and Ho Guom are just a few minutes walk away. Room and toilet clean. The boss is very friendly and enthusiastic. However, the Old Town area is very rare with elevators.

Stable, clean but there are some things to improve. Slightly dirty blanket, the color is visible. And on the last night, the nozzle in my garden was blown, as if it was not usable. Calling the receptionist, she could not handle it but just folded it and tied it up so that the water would not splatter. Somewhat annoyed by this problem. Thanks to the receptionist who recommends simple things like what to eat, where to go, they don't know anything.

Very good location. But no have elevator so you will tired when have a 5th floor and carrying you bag.

Glamor hotel, when I go there I use No Smoking room, so every time I want to use tobacco, I have to go out, but even after 12PM I want to smoke a cigarette, I have to go down right outside of new hotel, I have to wake up the sleep of others to open my house, the last time I stayed in a real place Unfortunately for me, I chose the wrong place with a very inconvenient public system like Vietnam glamor hotel ...!

Bad service. Dirty room, spider web and black footprints filled the wall. Small flowing bathroom. Employees who talk to customers do not look at their faces but look at the phone or ignore the other place. Service is extremely bad. I will never return to this hotel and book online. Really very unbelieving and not cheaper than other third parties.
