“I stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the service attitude of the staff. The staff were unfriendly, not enthusiastic in supporting guests, and sometimes even seemed annoyed when asked. Such service is not worthy of the price and standards offered by the hotel. I hope the hotel improves to bring a better experience to customers. In addition, the breakfast staff at 7:20 a.m. did not greet the guests, finished the dishes, but stood there talking without adding anything.

go out for breakfast, staff asked again 'eat so little'
I took 1 piece of cake, 1 bowl of pho but ate it all because this is a buffet

I live on the 6th floor. I woke up and my 3-year-old baby was bitten by a mosquito or some insect and had 7 large, itchy bumps all over his face and arms and legs. My nephew on the 4th floor also had the same problem. The room is spacious and airy.

Mình ở đây 2 ngày , thoạt nhìn bên ngoài thì thấy khách sạn cũng đã cũ với trang thiết bị ở mức chấp nhận được so với tầm giá 450-600k . ăn sáng ở đây không có nhiều món , mỗi món bún bò là dễ ăn nhất. 1 vấn đề gây bức xúc nhất cho mình là mình thuê 2 phòng ở 2 ngày trời không có người dọn phòng , thay khăn tắm , bổ sung bàn chải đánh răng ở cả 2 phòng mình thuê luôn.. do đi làm về tối muộn nên mình cũng không muốn xuống lễ tân hỏi nữa, chỉ chụp được tấm ảnh đồ đạc còn nguyên trạng thôi. sáng hôm sau cùng mình xuống trả phòng hỏi thì lễ tân nói là xin số điện thoại để tìm nguyên nhân và trả lời cho mình sau nhưng rồi cũng không có liên lạc gì. cũng có thể là do chính sách của khách sạn này là khách ở nhiều ngày không dọn phòng cho khách. mình đánh giá khách sạn làm việc thiếu chuyên nghiệp. không quan tâm đến khách hàng. sau này mình cũng như bạn bè , đồng nghiệp sẽ không bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này nữa !
