Cheap price, clean and airy room. The room has 2 air conditioners that are cool enough, have enough utilities, the apartment is very secure.

I went with a group of 9 people, rented a 3-room apartment here and had a pretty fun experience, the price was reasonable (less than 100k per person) - The staff who received us was quite nice. We arrived early, the homestay let us check in 30 minutes early - The apartment is spacious and airy, just like the picture. Fully equipped, with TV, washing machine, iron, dryer, pots, pans, dishes. Both toilets have hot water - Near the beach, about 10 minutes walk to the back beach - Parking is also cheap, 3k-5k for a motorbike (5k is the overnight fee) In general, there is nothing to complain about, if I have the chance, I will come back

Trải nghiệm quá tệ. Cơ sở vật chất xuống cấp, đồ dùng không sạch sẽ. Nhân viên giao phòng xong , gia đình dọn vào ở ổn định thì nói giao lộn phòng kêu đổi qua phòng khác. Mình không chịu, gia đình kéo đi tắm biển chỉ để 1 người lớn là ba của mình ở lại phòng. Thì nhân viên dẫn thêm người và chú bảo vệ lên làm áp lực với ba mình kêu đổi phòng. Quá trình đổi chỉ có ba mình, nên người nhà có bị mất 1 cái áo. Kêu nhân viên liên hệ tìm giúp nhưng không giúp nhiệt tình. Nói chung trải nghiệm cực kì tệ, sáng hom sau 8h gia đình trả phòng sớm vì quá bực

The room was awfully dirty, the mattress was moldy, the room smell was not bad, but it was very bad. In general, seriously degraded, unimaginable. I accept to spend money but do not dare to sleep again.

the room pictures are not realistic, quite old, and bad compared to the pictures on trevaloka! Residential area, not suitable for young group of friends, only suitable for elderly customers who are not active, it is not clearly shown on the ap No parking space, parking is expensive

Nhân viên không thân thiện. Mình để quên đồ nhưng không thấy được nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, và coi vật đó nhỏ thì cần gì . Thứ 2 là chuyển sang phòng mới dơ và ẩm, báo lên lau dọn lại không lên. Nhà mình có em bé nên thấy khó chịu với cách hỗ trợ của nhân viên.

Bạn nhân viên dẫn lên phòng nói chuyện rất kỳ cục. Mình hỏi mấy giờ nhận phòng được vì nhà mình có trẻ nhỏ, bạn ấy nói 1h30, đến giờ mình ngồi đợi, gọi 2 lần đầu bạn ấy nói chưa xong, 10p nữa, đến 14h minh gọi lại 2 lần nữa nhưng chưa nói được câu nào là bạn ấy tắt máy, lý do là bạn ấy đang nói chuyện với 1 đồng nghiệp khác về trái sầu riêng bạn ấy mới mua, rồi còn đỗ thừa là đã nói với mình là đang xuống, kêu đứng ở sảnh B sao bạn ấy không thấy, trong khi đó cả nhà mình đang ngồi trong sảnh B, ngay quầy lễ tân. Chú bảo vệ thấy bạn ấy cải mà không dám nói gì thêm. Không hề thấy có lỗi tí nào, còn cãi tay đôi với mình. Mình chưa thấy có 1 dịch vụ nào mà kỳ đến vậy.

Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng mát, phù hợp số lượng khách nhiều. View nội thành, có thể thấy biển và núi. Trung tâm cung quanh nhiều hàng quán. Dễ đi bộ ra biển hoặc đi ăn uống. Thiết bị nhà bếp ít, chưa được chỉnh chu lắm.
