Oh, I've never been to a hotel as bad as this one. The bathroom was dirty. The shower faucet broke. While I was taking a shower, the water ran out and I froze to death. The bed sheets didn't feel clean. The room wasn't soundproofed. The cars were noisy, and at 11-12am they were still talking loudly, I couldn't sleep. Early in the morning, the owner woke me up loudly, just like in a boarding house. It was really scary.

I booked a room near the airport because I was arriving late at night from Beijing. However, when I arrived at 2:00 AM, I was unexpectedly transferred to a different hotel without any prior notification by email or message. When I checked in, the room conditions were unacceptable: 1. The room was dirty – the floor was unclean, the furniture had dust, and there was an unpleasant damp smell. 2. The bedding was dirty and stained, and the overall quality was very poor. 3. The bathroom water was dirty, with a yellowish color, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic. This experience was far below expectations and caused me significant discomfort after a long international flight. I request that you review this issue and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The hotel is a bit old, there are no lights in the hallway but after giving feedback, they accepted and turned them on, the room furniture is not comfortable, the cleaning is dirty. And the biggest minus point is that there is no hot water for bathing. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that the staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. They help and listen to customers' opinions very well, and have a warm service attitude regardless of the time. I am very satisfied with the staff here.

The hotel is probably quite old so it's a bit old, the hallways between floors should be lit because it's very dark. The architecture and style are quite European so I like it. The room I booked has a balcony overlooking the park and the airport so it's quite chill. Regarding hygiene, I hope the hotel will clean and tidy up a bit more carefully, because if you don't wear slippers on the floor, your feet will feel sticky :( and the dressing table or other tables still have food stains or items from previous guests :( there are some broken light bulbs so I hope the hotel will check them again, in general it's still okay and I hope the hotel will check everything carefully so that future customers can have a better experience. Talking about the price here, it's also reasonable according to the conditions.

I booked in advance and when I arrived, the receptionist gave me a room in the basement parking lot, dirty and smelled musty. There were cockroaches in the room. It was terrible and horrible. I couldn’t check in and left even though I had paid. Very bad experience.

The room was old and the furniture was degraded! The hallway didn't have lights on for guests, it was dark, darker than a karaoke room. The bed sheets were old and dirty, with men's hair stuck to them. At first, the room was not as pictured, then after complaining, the staff changed it but the room was still much older. The staff was very enthusiastic and supportive, 10 points for the staff.

For this price, the room is so small, I have no opinion, it's close to the airport but there is no water, my friend had to wash her hair in the sink but the water dripped. no hot water no hair dryer the water dripped the room was dirty no privacy - we had just come back from Mui Ne and were so tired that we took a nap, while we were sleeping, we heard the sound of swiping the room card (I couldn't tell if it was the cleaning lady or the landlady) and then opened our room door. heard someone talking to the room next door and they were looking for a hair dryer, they said "I remember there is a hair dryer but I don't know which room it is in"??? then they closed the door without apologizing or anything at night I asked the receptionist for the hair dryer, the receptionist said to look for it later and it was missing???
