- Since this is an apartment, mineral water will not be provided daily
- Staff TV has been upgraded to support wifi connection to watch youtube or vtvgo for Ms
- About wifi, it's always available, I don't understand why I can't connect but I can't see the support side for support;
The apartment side is very sorry but the inconvenience makes her not satisfied. We hope that the next time you visit Nha Trang, you will still receive your support and serve you better

I must say this is in the top 3 worst I've ever been in travel. One star does not want to give. The only plus point is the location near the sea and near Hon Chong. But quite far from the center, so the dining area is quite inconvenient. Room 4 people stay 3 nights only have two tiny bottles of shower gel, two large towels. No shampoo, small soap for hand washing, toilet paper, tissue paper, small towel, dryer, tea or coffee package, mineral water. Do not provide slippers while the floor is sticky. The TV also could not watch because it was too dim. There was no reception desk, if I asked the front desk below the building, I told myself to contact the owner of the apartment, while the phone number could not be contacted, text the staff who checked in for me, I did not receive a response. recovery. I said check in 24/24, but because the flight was delayed for half an hour, I called and told me to hurry up. Going to check in did not provide any additional information. Even the wifi pass I have to look around to see where it is recorded. The most ridiculous was that the night before the check-out day I texted asking but did not answer. The next day at 9:00, I called to request to check out. What if I have an early flight? At that time, I was at Vinpearl saying that the check-out room was fine, but I sent my luggage back at 6pm to pick up, I was told that there was no service, because there was no reception desk and asked me to pay 300k to keep the luggage in the room. So let me ask why at the time of booking, it says "luggage storage"? Below is a picture of the services provided when I make a reservation, but there are only a few things, or assuming yes, I don't know who to ask, or don't provide more information about that service.

The actual apartment is far different from the posted image, it is not clean, the facilities are old, the apartment has a kitchen but there is no kitchen utensils, the microwave is broken, the old gravel is still torn, pla pla ....

Staff do not clean the room every day, do not change bed sheets, do not change towels, surcharges for beds and towels unreasonably dirty. If going to the whole family is very inconvenient, will not return a second time (surcharges collected on rags and towels 520k)

Hello Ngan, The hotel is very sorry because your family did not have a great experience at the hotel. The hotel please correct that your family has a group of over 30 people on Tet holiday and we know that the above comment does not come from your room but the family members of your family. His family has young children, the hotel noted him when checking in so diaper the baby to avoid peeing on the mattress. But his family still let the child vomit all over the sheets, peed on the mattress, and the towels were cheap. Distinguished guests, those dollars that the hotel can not be reused for new guests and must leave, the damage is huge. In addition, his family refused to clean the room when he moved in. Even a 5 * hotel in such cases is subject to an additional charge. Hope you respect and preserve the property of the ks so that later guests will also be able to use the best service. The apartment is not new, okay. Sound insulation is quite numb. However full equipment. The biggest minus point is that the roommate makes an ungrateful speech and speaks ill of guests while I'm still standing there. Too bad
