The room is okay, not as I imagined, it looks better in the pictures, but booking through the app is more favorable, so it is still reasonable compared to the price, the staff is friendly.

The staff can't communicate in English. We come to check in at midnight, get a room on the 6th floor, it appears that the air conditioner is not working, very hot, asking to change the room. But the staff told me to go fix it first. As for the people who come to fix it, they look confused. Grab the TV remote to turn on the air conditioner, press and hold the TV remote. So we said this is a TV remote! It's not an air conditioner, so we bring our bags down to the lobby. shift to sleep at the lobby because tomorrow we have an early flight at 5 am, almost at 1 am, agree to change the room It was the most brutal vacation ever made.

The owner of this hotel is super friendly and supportive. There was some issues with our TV caple and he ran to our room no less than 3 times to cross check and support us. He even call the caple company for us. Everything is clean with an affordable price. You should also check if there was a restaurant or not for the buffet (they may not have it now but maybe in the future). Overal, my experience was good!

Noisy, can hear people talking in corridor so loud. Cleaning service didn't really clean room, only throw garbage and change towel, didn't mop the floor.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Security and FO were polite. Secure parking. Quiet, located right next to the convenient road to the Center and the Airport

Clean hotel - good service staff, in general with the hotel located in a beautiful location in Phu Nhuan but only 500-600k a day, the experience there is nothing to complain about.

The room is clean from bed sheets, pillows. Friendly reception. Standard bathroom and toilet is a bit small, but for this price, it's ok. Yen Nam is very okela.

I am very pleased to be here. Good price. Very friendly staff and quick assistance. In the room, the amenities are as pictured. Not sure how long the hotel has been built or in business, but the quality is really good. Very good value for money.
