We were greeted on arrival by the lovely owner. Given a choice of rooms so we could be close together with our friends.
Rooms were clean warm spacious and inviting.
Slept well. Would definitely book again if we come back.

Easy online check in. Sue was waiting to meet us on arrival, even watched my car while we unloaded. Lovely clean room, comfortable and inviting. The room we had was small but had everything we needed for one night. Excellent breakfast with ample choice even for the most picky eater!

The hotel is in a great location for a stay in Llandudno. We were welcomed at the property and the room albeit cozy was clean and tidy. Breakfast was included, which was basic but a welcome addition to the booking.

Had a lovely week here with my wife and daughter. We had a large room at the front which had a double and single bed and a lovely onsuite bathroom. We also had a lovely sea view from our window. The owner was very pleasant and lovely to talk to. Smashing cooked breakfast every morning and a nice and relaxed atmosphere all round. Would easily stay there again :-)
