Good, clean property that is convenient for the shops, pier and Great Orme. I was in single room which was compact, though it did have all the amenities one would expect. The hotel is not manned all the time, which meant that if you wanted a night cap or just a quiet drink in the evening, you had to go out. I was only there for three nights and the hotel suited my needs. I cannot comment on the food as I ate out with family who were attending the same function and have a static caravan nearby.

Check in was quick but unpleasant, greeted by someone who did want to be there.
Bed was uncomfortable, it was noisy, & the shower was ridiculous, water barely warm & positioned too high up so it didn’t work properly.

Okay. Lots of rules. Nobody there to greet us. Key to the room was left in an envelope outside the front door with our name on it. Bathroom could have been bigger. Beds were not very comfortable. Need some drawers in the room as nowhere to put clothes apart from hanging. Lift was dodgy, had to go up one at a time. Sea view was great.
