Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
Rental cost includes fuel. toll, and airport parking fees.
Passengers are required to pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the pick-up or drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the Hura Cars staff or driver.

Passengers traveling from the airport must meet the Hura Cars staff at the pick-up location. Please refer to your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
Make sure the phone number listed during booking is active, so the driver will be able to contact the passenger.
Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 45 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled and cannot be refunded.
For passengers who provide their valid flight numbers, Hura Cars guarantees extra waiting time in the case of flight delays. If your flight is delayed, please call Hura Cars at +84-934-899-900 / +84-935-566-099 before boarding to get further confirmation.
Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items in the vehicle. Dangerous items included but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Hura Cars vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the Hura Cars service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from policy violations as mentioned above.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 3 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 3 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
Refund amount will be returned via the payment method used during booking.
