Terms and Conditions Delivery feature of Traveloka Eats

The delivery feature of Traveloka Eats enable you to enjoy culinary products of the restaurant partners of Traveloka Eats without having to go outside your home. In providing the delivery feature, Traveloka cooperates with courier services provider partners, i.e. PT Lalamove Logistik Indonesia (Lalamove) (individually or collectively referred to as the "Courier Services Providers")


By using the delivery feature of Traveloka Eats, You consent to the following terms and conditions:


  1. culinary products delivery services are carried out entirely by the Courier Services Providers.
  2. The delivery fee is determined directly by each of the Courier Services Provider.
  3. You acknowledge that the incidents or losses occurred during the provision of the delivery services, are outside the control of Traveloka and therefore Traveloka shall not be liable or responsible for that. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Traveloka will keep providing you with reasonable assistance in contacting the Courier Services Provider if you have any claims related to the delivery services by the Courier Services Providers.
  4. Traveloka may impose convenience fees separately from the delivery fee. Please check carefully the details of payable fees before you execute the payment.
  5. Costs incurred in relation to the delivery services that are not included in the delivery fees such as parking fee, may be charged to you by the relevant courier of the Courier Services Provider and You must make the payment if requested.
  6. For the purpose of the delivery, You acknowledge that your particular personal data (such as full name, phone number, and address) are required so that the delivery can be made. By choosing the delivery feature, You shall be deemed to permit Traveloka to forward the data to the relevant courier of the Courier Services Providers.
  7. Make sure that the phone number You provide is contactable during your use of the delivery feature from Traveloka Eats to minimize the possibility that the ordered item is not delivered to you. If your phone number cannot be contacted until 30 (thirty) minutes after the first call, the delivery of the ordered items shall be deemed to have been done and You may not file any claims related to the non-delivery of the ordered items.
