Accommodation - Refundable Terms and Conditions

By submitting your refund request you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed with General Refund Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

Terms and Conditions:


  1. Your refund request must be submitted to Traveloka.
  2. Refund requests must be submitted by the person who made the booking & logged in with the account used to book the accommodation.
  3. The refund process may take up to 5 days after the refund request is approved.
  4. You might be charged a cancellation fee and/or handling fee for your refund request. The amount of refund (including deductibles such as bank transfer fee, cancellation fee, and handling fee, etc) for multi-currency transactions will be adjusted to the currency exchange rate at the time of booking.
  5. Other than Traveloka’s policy, refunds will also be subject to the respective accommodation's policy & approval. Submitting a refund request will automatically cancel the reservation. Once submitted, the refund request cannot be undone or canceled for any reason.
  6. Traveloka does not accept requests for partial refunds. For clarity purposes, this means the refund you requested shall be applied to the entire stay period and all rooms listed on a single Booking ID.
  7. Upon receiving refund confirmation from the relevant accommodation, Traveloka will refund to user.
  8. Refunds will adhere to the respective payment method used for booking.
  9. For Bank Transfer: you are required and responsible for providing your bank account number for refund purposes if you have not saved any bank account information in your Traveloka Account. For detailed information regarding saved bank account please see Traveloka Privacy Notice
  10. For Credit Cards: refunds for payment using credit cards cannot be refunded in cash. The amount will be returned to the limit of the same credit card that You used at the time You make the payment.
  11. For Paylater: the refund will be calculated as a deduction for Your Paylater installment bill.
  12. For Traveloka Points:
    1. On transaction with Traveloka Points, your active Traveloka Points will be refunded to your Traveloka Account when you submit a refund request to us.
    2. Traveloka Points that has been expired cannot be refunded to you if and when you cancel your booking.

  13. Your refund amount excludes the amount from any coupon applied to the booking. All applied coupons are non-refundable.
  14. The bank transfer fee (if any) for the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
  15. Traveloka has the right to request any documents or additional information needed for refund approval.
  16. Traveloka is not responsible for any delayed or prolonged refund process caused by mistakes on the refund request, including incomplete documents or additional information required for approval from the accommodation.
