Great day out with the family!

When redeeming tickets at the counter there was no problem. All Sunway Lagoon staff were very helpful and friendly. Coincidentally, Saturday 6/9 was not very crowded, the queue for each game was not long. Next time I want to come here again.

Really good fun day out for our young kids, 6 and 3. They had a ball, especially at the water park and for the DJ in the wave pool at the end of the day. Thanks.

It was not too crowded considering it was the weekend, some rides are available, the tomahawk and roller coaster were enjoyable.

Rides are not very challenging though they are fun. Pirate Island was closed. It rained so there was a break in between the rides.

Was unable to use the ticket park said ticket had already been used and anyone that uses traveloka has had the same issue had to go back home without entering park

This is the first time also the last time i buy ticket from TRAVELOKA! Super bad experience! Price is cheap and attractive BUT ticket issued cant be use! Sunway lagoon staff told me T is not their authorised dealer! thats y i have the issue to redeem the voucher ! i m not the only one being cheated, my friend bought ticket from T also and same thing happened! she cant redeem the voucher as well!
