Some of the facilities were under renovation when I arrived, but I'm still glad I bought the Habitat ticket. The tracking area is well-organized, well-maintained, and there are plenty of information boards about the fauna. I was hoping to see Lungur and other animals, but no such luck. At least I did see two Long-eared Cecawi flying very close.

The location offers a very beautiful view, the area is very clean and the atmosphere is calm.

Very calm and peaceful… a good place to go healing… There are lots of monkeys at the entrance gate 😃. Note that the gate opens at 9:00 AM. If you are going up at 6:00 AM for the sunrise (it is worth it), then you have to wait long enough until the habitat gate opens.

No need to redeem it in paper form at the counter, would be better if the scanning machine worked well so I didn't have to wait.

It's actually really nice there. Perfect for plant and animal lovers. Those who don't like them should skip this place. You do need a strong walking ability, and it's like having to use a small car to get up and down. It's expensive, though, so I wouldn't recommend it to lazy people.

It was nice if you want to spend your time in nature.

Natural Green Forest, Fresh Air, Clean Place, Good Facility

I visited Penang Hill last June and purchased tickets through the Xperience app. The ticketing process was very easy and convenient, eliminating the need to wait in long lines at the ticket counter. To reach Penang Hill, visitors can take the funicular, which is quite comfortable and well-organized. The wait time is relatively short, and the views along the way are delightful. Once at the top, the atmosphere is cool and the air is fresher than the city below. From the summit, the panoramic view of George Town, the sea, and the green hills makes the experience even more memorable.

Redemption is easy. However the queue was terrible. As the visit was done on a Saturday, we took 2 hours to get to the habitat from the lower station of Penang hill. Suggest to visit this place during weekdays if possible. Overall experience is good. Just that the waiting time is too long.
