Really good and the ticket exchange process is quick

So far it has been very easy to buy tickets because there is no need to queue, only that Eco Active Park tickets cannot be redeemed at the main ticket counter of Jatim Park, they must be redeemed at the Eco Active Park gate counter, so we had to walk quite far from the hotel where we were staying at Pohon Inn.

Even though you order tickets online, the ticket exchange process is very easy, plus the staff are friendly and kind and supported by many facilities that we can enjoy for FREE without having to pay again.

when I went there, many rides couldn't be used, such as no cowboy show, the penguin pool was drained, no seal show, the children's toys were being repaired. It was disappointing. Even though I had paid for the ticket, I couldn't see the penguins and seals. My child was very disappointed.

Haven't been here for a while, but there's been quite a bit of rejuvenation and refreshment, which is quite satisfying.

It's good with a relatively cheap price.. I just feel bad because the staff is in a gloomy position and doesn't look after the rides, so we have to call first. Especially for the boat ride, they said it was under maintenance even though it was still 3 pm.
