It was fun. The mountain sliding and zipline were worth trying. But my legs are so tired from walking all day.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsible. Yesterday, I bought amusement park tickets here, but I accidentally booked the wrong type of ticket, and since tickets are non-refundable, I was quite worried. I contacted customer support and they guided me very carefully, telling me to come in person to use their service, and they would help me convert and reissue the correct ticket. Thanks to their enthusiastic support, I didn't have to spend extra money on a new ticket. I'm truly grateful for the flexibility, friendliness, and customer support spirit of the staff. The service was excellent, the staff were lovely and enthusiastic, and everything was wonderful! This was a very satisfying experience. Vinpearl is very spacious and airy, but it lacks shade, so it gets a bit hot.

It's crowded, very crowded, and you have to queue for every ride. If you're going during peak hours, I recommend taking the train instead of the cable car. You have to queue for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Booking tickets through the app is fine; just scan the QR code and you're done. It's also a little cheaper than buying directly. The rides are okay too.

There's a variety of games, however, playing in the water area requires climbing up a float each time, which is tiring and involves long queues. Adding a slide for the floats to climb back up would make it much less tiring for players. This is a suggestion to improve the quality of service.
