100 points for quality, deeply impressive :)
Space/Facilities: Ba Na is incredibly accommodating. The weather at 3 PM was a little chilly, then the sun came out brightly. It would take three days to capture all the Instagrammable spots. The buffet gets 10 points for quality. The only downside is that going down many floors from ground level is a bit dizzying, but after that, you'll find a dining space overflowing with European and Asian food and drinks. You could probably sit there all day because there's so much. You should also try the dark beer. The buffet restaurant has three floors in total. When I went, it was a little after 11 AM, so I arrived early and wasn't too crowded.
Service: Excellent! From 7 AM, a staff member sent me the QR codes for the tickets and even a map of Ba Na, very attentive!
Cleanliness: Both the Four Seasons restaurant and Brew House were clean, and the food was delicious. Highlights: Beautiful scenery, favorable weather, not crowded, delicious and diverse food (children can enjoy many dishes, adults can eat until they're full). The French Village is incredibly beautiful, but one day is too long to see everything. Advice: Don't linger at the Golden Bridge too long as you'll miss many other amazing places!
Price: Excellent value for money!
