Redeeming your ticket was super easy. Just show the barcode to the staff. I arrived during very bad weather. I couldn't see the summit at all due to heavy rain, wind, and fog. It was a real shame.

An impressive experience! The views of Fansipan are breathtaking. However, the weather is unpredictable, sometimes sunny, sometimes foggy.

We chose the halal food service for lunch, and it was very satisfying. The restaurant is spacious, with a wide variety of dishes, and it suits the Indonesian palate. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

You should call to inform customers when sending ticket codes via email. You might also be missing tickets.
