Beautiful place, staff were friendly and helpful. A lot of facilities both free and for rent. If you have toddler you can rent stroller here.

Went there when the weather is really good and the sky is really clear, can see all the mountains that surround the Borobudur, the view is unreal, definitely worth the price, the tour guide also explain a lot about the history of Borobudur so we can know lots about it, really good experience 👍

Buy a ticket to go up to the top of Borobudur, luckily I ordered it here, because if I ordered it directly on the spot, it turned out that many people didn't get the quota to go up to the top, so it's better to buy it here. The ticket includes a shuttle ride from the entrance to the temple area, and vice versa. It also includes sandals to go up to Borobudur (upanat) to keep the temple from wearing out. The ticket also includes a tour guide who will give directions and explain the story of Borobudur.

The staff were very friendly and the guide guided us up to the top, telling us about the origins of the temple.

Borobudur Temple is worth visiting, everything is good, but unfortunately when you want to ride the Shuttle Transport service, there is no neat queuing system so visitors fight to get on the shuttle.

I went on vacation to Jogja for a week and one of my tourist destinations was Borobudur. It doesn't feel complete if you go to Jogja but don't go to Borobudur temple, after 22 years last time I came here and now it has changed a lot, it's better and more organized, neater and more beautiful, it's really cool here. All the facilities are very good. It's really cool.

There is no need to ask anymore. A historical site that MUST be visited at least once in a lifetime.
