Fun activities, but queueing system and some rides need improvement. We waited 1.5h for the tubby racing (it also isn't really racing if there's only one lane lol). The queue is not indicative as families plant one member to queue and when it's almost their turn, 10 people show up and add on to the queue. Lazy River is really poorly done, there was no flow to the river and I got scratched badly by the sharp floor while getting off my tube. Generally, safety measures are there, but they don't communicate them much. While riding the Zip Coaster, the safety carabiner dropped down and hit me on the head - that was kind of scary. Family twister felt more fun than the longest water slide. If showering, bring a hanger as there are no hooks in the toilets. There are discounts on buying tickets early online.

Must go in Penang for adventure day! Ride all the Guinness World Record’s rides in a span of 3 hours. Arrive at 10 am to avoid crowds!

It used to be great to get in, now the high flying fix has closed because many people complained about being afraid of heights (if you're afraid, don't play), overall it's ok, it's just that the food and drinks are a bit expensive

We managed to buy our tickets cheaper via app. Getting into Escape was a breeze with facial recognition. Rides were great, but e-scooters lack health and safety, so take precaution. The scary rides were definitely not for my 5 year old. He enjoyed the chairlift and the longest waterslide. He went on the boat ride, scooter, and digger a couple of times and loved it! Oh, and the tipping bucket was amazing!

Redemption is easy, just select the date of visit and take a photo for facial recognition at the entrance. Staff are helpful and attractions are better than expected, out of my expectations.

It's better than expectations. Four Guinness World Records, each attraction are quite unique, especially the trapeze where the staff are so enthusiastic and encourage you to get the challenge done, turning your impossible to easy job!

Average 30mins per ride, up to 2 hrs waiting for world record rides. Some rides look dangerous but overall are fine if you follow the instructions.

We couldn’t play all rides on that day because there was a company team building so crowded but it was fun. Staff were really friendly

It was our first to Escape Penang and was a memorable one. We had so much fun and never had enough. There's a wide variety of rides and we were unable to finish them all. Will come visit again if we come Penang.

Some of the rides were quite dangerous and clearly lacked adequate safety features, particularly the Zip Coaster, where my legs were hit by the metal column structure as I was thrown around and swung violently. Most of the rides were rather basic and uninteresting. I spent almost all of my time there queuing up for the rides, and there really wasn’t enough time to even finish half of the rides or enjoy the water play at Escape Penang. Overall, considering the ticket price and the long waiting times, I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Our family trip to ESCAPE Theme Park Penang was a blast! From thrilling water slides and zip lines to relaxing tubing rides, there was something for everyone. The kids loved the Frictionless Water Slide, while we enjoyed the high ropes courses. Laughs, cheers, and unforgettable memories made it a perfect day out for the whole family.
