Facilities such as rest stops, cafes, and washrooms were strategically located and well-maintained, making the visit comfortable even during warmer parts of the day. Service: The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to answer questions. Guides near popular enclosures provided interesting facts, and ticketing and entry were handled smoothly and efficiently. Cleanliness: The entire zoo was impressively clean. Enclosures were tidy, pathways were free of litter, and the overall maintenance of the park showed a high standard of care and responsibility. Highlights: One of the standout moments was watching the Giant Pandas lounging and snacking in their air-conditioned habitat. The animal feeding sessions and educational shows also added a dynamic and interactive element to the visit. Price: Given the range of animals, the quality of the facilities, and the educational value, the ticket price was very reasonable. It felt like excellent value for money for a full-day experience suitable for all ages. Zoo Negara exceeded my expectations, offering both excitement and tranquility in one memorable day.

the staff at the location are very friendly, the exchange is very easy. it's just that online ticket purchases can only be made h-1. cannot be rescheduled and refunded. the animals are diverse. it's a shame to come in the morning because many of the animals are still sleeping.

Went right before Raya, crowd was good. The kids had fun looking at plenty of animals. Got a good deal with my traveloka points and birthday ticket. Ticket redemption was easy and straightforward.

Had an amazing experience at Zoo Negara with my family! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. The environment and washrooms were well-maintained, clean, and tidy, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the drinking water from vending machines was quite pricey at RM4. Overall, a great visit!

The zoo here doesn't have as many trees as the Thao Cam Vien, but everything is ok, the best thing is being able to see the two pandas, so cute.

okay jerr....but there are not many carnivorous animals like lions, tigers, even if there is one, it is sleeping, waiting for the rapid bus from the zoo to the Wangsa Maju LRT, it is slow

The zoo is great and there is a great panda show, a fun experience.

not good. couldn't see the panda. the panda was closed for almost 5 hours while we were there. even though the electricity was back a few hours later, they still hadn't opened the panda. the goal was to go to the national zoo to see the panda, but we couldn't. also disappointed with the national zoo delaying the time we could see the panda😡

It's great, come and show, go straight in, no need to queue

Although it is a bit old-fashioned, the animals are quite complete. It could be a recommendation if you come to KL

there are pandas and rhinos, the kids have a lot of fun there...exchange the tickets and don't queue...thank youu

First of all, the photo booth is way too overpriced.. altough they dont force us to buy.. but its way way too overpriced.. not good
