It's fun to play here, the water is quite clean

The booking and redemption process is easy, the staff is friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool could be given more attention because the circular pool and the pool under the slide seem unkempt.

The staff at the location were very helpful and it was very easy to exchange tickets.

I ordered for the kids and their teacher in the class. There were 8 people. Got the price of 35 thousand on weekdays. I didn't accompany them. When I entered, it turned out they asked for the barcode from Traveloka that came into my email. I had to wait a while because I was looking through my email. But after it was shown and matched, everyone could enter and enjoy the rides at GT.

Buy tickets on Friday, November 22, 2024, comfortable, quiet, children can freely play in the water, run around without worrying about getting lost. for the area there are many trees so it makes it cool. for the current pool the water is quite clear, but the pool with the water slide is a bit dirty. the current pool is still turned on even though there are few visitors. It's quite clean, not too crowded, the staff/crew are friendly when exchanging tickets and in the recreation area.

cleanliness really needs to be improved... both in terms of cleanliness of the swimming pool and cleanliness of the environment and changing rooms.

the wave pool was not opened even though there were visitors even though there were only 3 families visiting. The waves should have been opened + there were so many mosquitoes in the current pool area +++ the current pool was also not opened. It's a shame even though I went there on Friday, I should have been able to get the same as on the weekend but this was NOTHING. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED!!

The application and the Grand Taruma party are not in sync. There they asked for an additional 25k even though the place was quiet. If I had known this, I would have bought Wonderland instead

unfortunately the wave pool is being painted so we only played in the kiddie pool z for the changing/bathing area please fix the damaged ones and make them cleaner

cleanliness needs to be improved again, because there are some places that are a bit slippery because of moss

the children really enjoyed it but unfortunately the weather was rainy

satisfied playing here but not enough for the tour train because toddlers are also counted and have to pay too. the rest is all good

the toilet is only 1 area. centralized. if you get a gazabo that is far away, it's also complicated to turn it back. then several faucets where to change clothes, some of the water taps do not come out.
